GoMining is Expanding: Seeking 3 New Traffic Buyers for the Upcoming Bull Run!

We're on the hunt for an experienced User Acquisition (UA) professional who can masterfully navigate major platforms at scale. If you're adept at Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google, Microsoft Ads (ex. Bing), Reddit Ads, OR Xiaomi Ads, Apple Search Ads, OR Taboola, Unity, AppLovin, CoinAds, CoinTraffic, BitMedia.io, and more, we need you.

Job Duties:

Create, maintain, and scale large media buys ($300k+) across multiple accounts.
Conduct regular audits to optimize ongoing media strategies for enhanced performance.
Analyze media buys and metrics daily to ensure profitability.
Proactively optimize campaigns by adjusting creatives, rates, placements, dayparting, geo-targeting, etc., to meet CPA goals.
Implement best practices to increase average check, and return users through remarketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with our content creation, product, and analytics teams, setting tasks and ensuring high-level multi-department cooperation.

What We Expect From You:

At least 4 years of proven experience in performance marketing and 2 years in user acquisition at scale (essential for this role; only experienced candidates will be considered).
Expertise in split-testing ads.
Proficiency in Appsflyer and Firebase.
Strong skills in building high-performing marketing funnels and engaging users, with knowledge of AIDA, writing advertorials, working with top UGC platforms, and familiarity with numerous AI tools (e.g., for voice-over generation), and basic copywriting principles (hook, pain, social proofs, CTA).
Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads;
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads;
- Apple Paid Search Ads and Xiaomi Ads;
- In-app / crypto-native networks.
Completion of a CXL course is a significant plus.
Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market is a MEGA plus.
