SERM/ORM Specialist
Job Duties:
- Working according to a fixed plan and achieving KPIs;
- Working with search results;
- Analysis of search results by country;
- Maintaining indicators at a given level;
- Removal of any negativity and replacement with positive, relevant content;
- Monitoring of brand mentions;
- Dealing with negative comments;
- Maintaining high ratings on response sites;
- Publication and SEO promotion of articles on such major portals as Quora.
What We Expect From You:
- SERM/ORM experience within the CIS and abroad (at least 3 years);
- Experience in monitoring and analytics services for search results and brand mentions;
- C1 English proficiency and above.
