Business Development Representative - Turkey

Competitive Fixed Salary (USD) + Commission

We are actively seeking a dynamic and strategic Turkish/English speaking Business Development Representative to spearhead our company's growth and expansion efforts in Turkey. The ideal candidate should possess a strong commercial acumen, with proven skills in cold and warm outreach, prospecting, lead generation, and should generate qualified meetings for the sales department.

Job Duties:

  • Proactively identify and engage high-value prospects on the Turkish market, focusing on both the B2C and B2B segments, high-level executives or investors.
  • Effectively manage the entire prospecting cycle, from lead generation to meetings, and assist the BDM with following up the deal until it's closed.
  • Leverage your existing network to generate new business opportunities, establish enduring relationships, and enhance the visibility of the GoMining brand.
  • Follow market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and investor behaviors, ensuring the optimal positioning of GoMining's offerings.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to formulate and execute compelling campaigns and strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Plan and suggest local marketing efforts specifically designed to attract High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) investors to our platform.

What We Expect From You:

  • A minimum of 1 year of high-level sales experience within the crypto, forex, investment, or banking sectors, specific to the region or 2 years of relevant product selling experience preferably as BDR/ SDR.
  • In-depth understanding of regional market dynamics.
  • Ability to follow and work with quotas.
  • Exceptional research and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in both in English and Turkish.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of tokens, mining, Bitcoin, and the broader cryptocurrency sector.
  • Feeling comfortable enough to out to reach high-level individual and executives.
